Bim Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

. Perform 3D BIM modeling for MEP services, with focus on ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) systems.

. Modeling for MEP Services (especially Plumbing and Sanitary Service)

. Provide AutoCAD drawings and BIM models to support the project team.

. Prepared shop drawing for submission and As-Built Drawings for site inspection.

. Update models based on the latest Engineer's Instructions (EIs) from consultants.

. Prepare and submit construction shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with project BIM standards.

. Develop standard installation details for the company and review them with engineers prior to submission.

. 3D Co-ordination & clash detection for MEP service in Revit and Navisworks Manage

. Coordinate with site engineers on detailed drawings, penetration layouts, and additional sketches required by consultants.

. Manage and submit Combined Services Drawings (CSD) for BIM coordination.

. Prepare and submit monthly BIM progress reports to the BIM Manager.

. Maintain accurate records of drawings, reports, and documentation for the project.
