BIM Modeller (Infrastructure / Civil Engineering)
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital construction and committed to delivering high-quality BIM models for complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models for infrastructure and civil engineering projects (e.g. roads, drainage, utilities, bridges).
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure coordination and clash detection.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and BIM execution plans.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues through BIM coordination.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.
Requirements:
- Specialist Diploma in BIM (mandatory).
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling for infrastructure or civil projects.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of BIM processes, standards, and workflows.
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and submission processes is an advantage.
