BIM Modeller

Responsibilities:

• Update architecture and structure models

• Generate 2D as built drawing for authority submission

• Check on quality and work accuracy

• Carry out submission to the SO for approval

• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked

• Ability to produce 3D Construction models from base information

• Design and detailing of services support systems

• Attendance at design and construction reviews

• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.

• Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, coordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.

Requirements:

• A Levels or Diploma Holder in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering or other related discipline

• Minimum 3 years experience in related field

• Good knowledge in usage of OpenBuilding Designer (OBD)

• Excellent AutoCAD skills

• Able to read and understand structure details drawings

• Location: Tuas area, transport provided at Tuas South MRT Station
