Use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to perform drawing and design work
Coordinate and liaise with project and construction team on submissions, updates or hanges, and checking for clashes with other trades.
Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by project and construction team
Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
Produce BIM Model deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication
Identify Issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design and construction stage
Produce all required 2D drawings and details for submission, approval and endorsement
Responsible to match drawings and measurements to actual installation at the project site
May eed to attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements (if necessary)
Communicate effectively and work closely with consultants, sub-contractors and project team member
Involved in coordination and preparation of specifications to liaise with Project manager, engineers and other relevant stakeholders for drawings and submission approval
