Technical Executive (BIM Modeller)

We are seeking a talented Technical Executive/BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will suit someone who has a keen interest in involvement on technical drawings and would like to pursue their career in one of the reputable architect firms in Singapore. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software.
• To assist the Architects/Team Managers on the preparation and production of drawings for submission, tender and construction.
• To liaise with the local authorities, if required.
• Opportunity of doing BIM Coordination.
• Exposure to new soft wares, e.g. dynamo, rhino, etc. for drawing production

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Architecture industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient on the use of BIM software (Revit, and other relevant design and modelling tools)
• On-job trainings and coaching will be provided for BIM software & standards, Singapore Code compliances and submission to authorities.
• Certificate or Diploma in Architecture, or other related fields
