Archi BIM Modeller Key Responsibilities

. Construct and update BIM models

. Utilize BIM software to identify and resolve design conflicts and clashes across disciplines

. Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions

. Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations

. Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange

. Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making

. Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards

Requirement

. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field

. High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

. Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or HDB projects

. Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations

. Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
