Responsibilities:
- Perform drawing and modeling tasks using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software
- Report to the Project Manager/Engineer and complete assigned tasks
- Update and monitor BIM models and drawings inform Project Manager of any changes
- Liaise with architects and relevant stakeholders for coordination
- Input detailed finishing elements into models, as required
- Check for clashes or discrepancies within the BIM model
- Coordinate and monitor the submission schedule of shop drawings
- Produce shop drawings based on details provided by the Engineer/Manager
- Use software tools effectively, including Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, and Navisworks for model checking
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, SIT, BCA Academy, NTU, NUS)
- Good team player with a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Willing to work a 5.5days work week
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens
