BIM modeller

Job Description:
- Responsible for generating technical drawings in accordance with Engineering Procedures.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to understand project requirement and specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Responsible for the preparation of the preliminary design sketches for projects. Assist in the coordination and integration of BIM models with other project disciplines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to AutoCAD and BIM.
- Responsible for preparation of the final design, including the required drafting and specification.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in M&E / Related fields
- At least 1 yr of working experience with BIM in MEP (Electrical)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably with prior experience in the construction/building industry
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
