Job Description & Requirements
- Shall be conversant in using BIM review tools such as Navigtors, Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, etc for clash detection analysis, programme planning, quantity take off and asset information and etc.
- Lead BIM team and coordinate with Design and Construction team.
- Lead and attend Interface Meeting with other contractors.
Essential:
- Minimum degree or diploma in recognized Engineering disciplines such as Electriacl, Mechanical or Building Services, Architecture and Civil engineering.
- Min 2 years working experience in construction design, drafting and coordination.
- Prefer formally trained in BCA Academy's Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) or BCA Academy's BIM management certification with any BIM authoring tool certification, preferably with experience in project BIM management and modelling and/or services coordination in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large scale project.
- Should be diligent and self-motivated.
- Hands on Technical knowledge in Auto CAD, Ravit, Navisworks.
- Good communication skill with others
