To perform drawing and design work by using BIM Software
Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements
Assist in manage day-to-day project operations including coordinating activities with construction team and liaise with all party involved in the project
Assist to supervise and control sub-contractors/ workers to carry out their works accurately and ensure timely completion of projects to the contract drawings and specifications
Assist to monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal compliance and all safety precaution till completion of projects
Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with project team, clients, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities.
