BIM Modeller / Drafter

Our company specializes in Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas (PS&G) installation services for building construction. Most of our projects are designed and built condominiums.

We are looking for BIM Modeller/Drafter with experienced in plumbing, sanitary & gas for condominium projects or similar.

Scope of Works:

1. Work closely with BIM coordinator/Design Engineers to develop mechanical 3D BIM Model for coordination and collaboration using Revit/Autocad.

2. Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings, 3D drawings, etc.

3. Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance to specifications or statutory requirements.

4. Ensure construction documents, parameters and information accuracy for BIM model.

5. Adhere to BIM execution plan & BIM project workflow criteria.

6. Follow BIM standards, deliverables and level of development required in the project.
