Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible in producing precast shop drawing on component for HDB projects.
- Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla Structures) to develop detailed 3D models of precast concrete elements, including walls, beams, columns, slabs, and connections, based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- To understand architect and structural drawings and generate model/shop drawings for precast manufacturing and fabrication
- Raise RFI when discrepancies are found in consultant drawings
- Make revisions and update shop drawing based on comments and feedback
- Issue shop drawing to production team
- Coordinate with other drafter/modeller to ensure the model/shop drawing are correct
- Develop standardized models for precast components
Qualifications:-
- Diploma/ITE graduate in civil structural engineering
- Well verse in Tekla software for modelling purposes
- Well verse in CAD
- Well verse in English (Communication & Written)
