Job Summary

DJ Builders & Contractors Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller - Architecture tosupport our Singapore projects. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor developing and maintaining accurate architectural BIM models and producingdrawings and documentation in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

. Create, develop and maintainaccurate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

. Prepare architectural drawings,layouts, plans, sections and details from BIM models.

. Interpret architectural drawings,specifications and project requirements.

. Coordinate architectural models withstructural and MEP disciplines.

. Perform model updates based ondesign changes and site requirements.

. Identify and resolve modelling andcoordination issues.

. Assist in preparing BIMdocumentation, schedules and model deliverables.

. Ensure BIM models comply withproject standards, naming conventions and requirements.

. Support BIM coordination meetingsand incorporate comments into models.

. Maintain proper version control anddocumentation of BIM files.

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Architecture,Architectural Technology, Building Design or a related discipline.

. Relevant experience as anArchitectural BIM Modeller.

. Strong working knowledge of AutodeskRevit.

. Ability to read and understandarchitectural drawings.

. Knowledge of BIM coordination andmodel development.

. Familiarity with AutoCAD is anadvantage.

. Good attention to detail and abilityto work within project deadlines.

. Candidates with Singapore projectexperience will be preferred.

. Candidates must be willing to workin Singapore
