Bim Modeller

- Create and develop 3D models using Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD

- Maintain up-to date 3D models according to latest information and audit regularly

- Prepare 2D drawings, documentations and as built BIM models and detailing submission based on company standard

- Ensure models/ drawings produced comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications

- Ensure produced shop drawings are incorporated all necessary provisions as required or requested by other sub-contractor's works

- Ensure produced shop drawings are checked against co-ordinated information obtained prior to handing over to Technical Co-ordinator for review

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

. Basic knowledge of local authority requirements and codes

. Good skill and speed of drafting.

. Able to multi task.

. Sense of urgency and positive working attitude.

. understand of BCA codes

Minimum Qualifications:

. Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.

. Certificate in BIM Revit for M&E.

. Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
