Technical Drawings: Produce accurate drawings and detailed shop drawings for interior fitout projects, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
Design Coordination: Work closely project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings align with design intent and site conditions.
Revisions & Updates: Amend drawings based on client feedback, design changes, and site requirements in a prompt and organized manner.
Site Measurements: Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions to ensure precision in drawings and fabrication.
Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to local regulations, industry standards, and company drafting guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain systematic records of all drawing revisions, versions, and project documentation.
Education: Diploma/ degree in Engineering, Architectural, Building Services or other relevant qualification
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of drafting experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or interior fitout.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bim-Modelling is required.
Advantageous to have experience in software such as SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modelling tools.
Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and joinery details.
Precision & Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and drawings.
Language: Good communication skills in English
