JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings on time for all projects
- Develop and manage 3D building models using BIM software
- Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
- Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification
- Work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updated
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
