Job Description & Requirements:
- Prepare drawings and detailed design documents by using BIM Modelling, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Work with the Project Team on instructions, pre-established guidelines, and comments, visualising and positioning them onto drawings accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Team to coordinate, organise, and prepare documentation and drawings.
- Plan all drawing requests to meet project submission deadlines.
- Work in accordance with project scope and schedule.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback and comments from the Project Team.
- Maintain and organise all project drawings and documentation, including tender, shop, and as-built drawings, ensuring proper version control.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related field.
- BIM or Revit Certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting or BIM modelling experience, preferably in plumbing & sanitary systems or M&E construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and BIM software.
- Strong understanding of plumbing & sanitary design concepts and technical detailing.
- Ability to interpret and translate technical specifications into clear, coordinated drawings.
