BIM MODELLER CUM DRAFTER (M&E)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Must have experience in MEP drawing in M&E industry

- Responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle

- Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information

- To create BIM models and build the BIM libraries

- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes

- Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM with adequate detail

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree & Specialist Diploma in BIM

Working experiences with BIM

Must be proficient in Revit & MS Office

Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently

Good command of spoken and written English
