BIM Modeller cum Coordinator

.Develop BIM models from rough sketches/ CAD and specifications from Engineers.

.Develop BIM 2D documentation as per BIM standards used in the project.

.Responsible for the updates as per the latest information provided and ensure the quality of the BIM models.

.Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager to ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.

.Work with sub con to co-ordinate with their model to be implement on site and co-ordinate the model with them

.Producing RFA/RFI from the model

.Conducting ICE with client and PM on regular basic

.Able to Integrate VDC into the project upon completion of BIM model

.Develop overall architectural, structural and M&E drafting / shop drawings

.Assisting in plan, design, presentation and documentation

.Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
