BIM Modeller

Job Descriptions:

• Create M&E electrical shop drawings or installation details, electrical layouts
• Prepare 2D&3D electrical views, component libraries, distribution board families, using BIM or CAD tools
• Run clash reports, solve coordination issues with project teams and participate in coordination meetings
• Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations
• Prepare complete documentation packages for submission
• Take up the role as Document Control
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoDesk Revitand AutoCAD
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in construction industry, familiar with either architectural/mechanical, electrical, or structural drawings design
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good communication & interpersonal skills to work within a team
• To do regular housekeeping for the drawings, tidy and store current and outdated copies
• To coordinate drawing and technical details with clients and project staff to produce and alter drawings
