BIM Modeller

Job Description:

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.

• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.

• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard.

• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy.

• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.

• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.

• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry.

• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
