Prepare (C&S) BIM Model and IFC Model from information of various trades such as Architect (DC) and M&E information (utilities) and subcontractors. (eg: linkway, drain, road contractors)
Ensure drawings comply with prevailing regulation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in BIM modelling for civil and structural engineering projects in Singapore.
Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit , Autodesk Construction cloud and AutoCAD
Knowledge of Revit parameters, sheets, views, schedules preparation.
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for civil and structural engineering projects.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate design information into the BIM models.
Ensure integrity/ quality of the models
Fast learner, easy to adapt to new systems and workflows.
Good communication skills, strong teamwork, positive attitude and professional work ethic.
