Roles &Responsibilities

Responsibilities

. Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specifications and design documentation

. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency

. Conduct clash detection and resolution to minimize conflicts during the construction phase

. Prepare and present 3D visualizations and simulations for project stakeholders

. Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and standards

. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and software

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural / Architecture or equivalent.

. Possess BIM certificate

. Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCad Drafting & Autodesk Revit Modelling

. Can read & understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M & E)

. Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.

. Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and drawings.

. Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience.

Other Information

• Working days: 5.5 days

• Salary: to be discuss (salary will commensurate according to experience &qualifications)
