BIM Modeller

Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and updating BIM models, preparing drawings, and supporting project teams to ensure accurate, timely, and coordinated BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit (or similar software) based on architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
  • Produce 2D documentation such as plans, sections, elevations, and details derived from BIM models.
  • Prepare shop drawings, fabrication details, and as-built drawings under the guidance of senior team members or BIM Coordinators/Managers.
  • Assist in performing clash checks and resolving basic coordination issues across disciplines.
  • Incorporate design revisions, RFIs, and updates into BIM models in coordination with internal project teams.
  • Ensure that models and drawings comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.
  • Extract quantities, schedules, and basic data from models for reporting or material take-off purposes.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to maintain model and drawing accuracy.
  • Support BIM coordination meetings and occasional site visits as required.
  • Assist with drawing updates, documentation reviews, and project handover requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Diploma or relevant certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of BIM modelling experience (fresh graduates with strong Revit skills will also be considered).
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or other BIM tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of architectural, structural, and/or M&E systems and ability to read technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of Singapore / BCA BIM standards and drafting conventions preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
