This position is responsible for drafting duties on multiple projects and must collaborate with the project and sales team to develop detailed technical drawings according to specifications.
- Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings, 3D drawings, etc
- Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance to specifications or statutory requirements.
- Work closely with clients and project team to ensure specifications are met.
- Site coordination and drawings verification where required.
- Higher NITEC/Diploma in Architectural drafting / Engineering or equivalent
- With at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably with BIM experience
- Knowledge in AutoCad software is a must
- Strong analytical, organization and planning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player and work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to interact and work with people of all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and at very tight work schedule
