BIM Modeler Lead

Duties and Responsibilities

. Coordinate Structural, Architectural and M&E BIM models.

. Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client requirements.

. Conduct clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and manage BIM issues.

. Participate or lead in project meetings and technical reviews.

. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure the timely delivery of coordinated models.

. Produce shop drawings & as-built drawings using BIM model.

. Prepare and manage model submission schedules and documentation.
Produce Structural and Architectural BIM models.

. Produce shop drawings & as-built drawings using BIM model.

. Review project specifications, shop drawings and technical clarifications.

. Coordinate and liaise with construction project stakeholders.

. Participate project meetings and technical reviews.

. Prepare and manage model submission schedules and documentation.

. Participate and support the Project Implementation of BIM, VDC and IDD Use Cases.

. Support BIM Manager for Project Implementation of BIM, VDC and IDD Use Cases.

Requirements:

. Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination

. BSc or Dip Architecture, Engineering or BCA equivalent.

. BIM Certification or training (is a plus).

. Proficient in BIM tools: Autodesk Revit (Archi/Stru/M&E), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360/ACC, and other BIM tools.
