BIM Modeler/Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Build 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submissions and construction using BIM software.
- Update 3D models with the latest information and ensure shop drawing accuracy.
- Monitor clashes and inform the Project Design Team.
- Support the Project Design Team in managing RFIs.
- Meet drawing submission schedules.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in local construction (preferably contractor firm).
- Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation - AECOsim.
- Experienced in producing shop drawings.
- Able to work well both independently and in a team with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
