Responsibilities:
- To assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM coordination meetings
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect in-charge
- Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
- Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
- Assist in updating BIM standard and template for project
- Familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in building contruction (Architecture), Singapore
- Knowledge of authorities requirements and overall project process
- 5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays
- Location: Bugis, Singapore
