skills/requirements Must have HDB project experience as a BIM Modeler / Coordinator, Must be proficient with Autodesk solution suite - Revit, Navisworks and ACC, Must be able to communicate effectively in English and have good presentation skills

Handling projects with BIM Modelling team of 10-12 modelers in India

No hybrid arrangement.

Work location: Ubi Tech park HQ

14 AL per annum with +1 AL quota added every year up to maximum of 18 AL

Work days/ work hours 44hrs per week divided in 5 or 5.5 working days depending on project requirements.

Mon-Fri.

Timing 9am-7pm

Timings depend on client. Generally is 8-6 Mon - Thu and 8-5 Fri.
