- Update and refine BIM models (Revit) to reflect design revisions and as-built conditions accurately.
- Generate 2D drawings (AutoCAD) from BIM models for design reviews, construction use, and project requirements.
- Review drawings against BIM models, identify inconsistencies, and escalate queries to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare BIM-related submission materials and ensure alignment with architectural and civil design standards.
- Work closely with architects and system-wide service contractors to ensure compliance with BIM requirements and support coordination meetings.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to LTA projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with strong skills in 2D/3D CAD drafting using AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of specifications, drawings, and construction workflows.
- Collaborative team player with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
