Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for project.
Lead and/or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
Coordinate and collaborate on project wide BIM related matters with client and interfacing contractors and ensure design process and submissions comply with specifications and requirements
Regular update and report on all BIM related activities progress and status to the SO.
Verify and rectify all BIM related challenges and issues in the project.
Oversee and manage all BIM Software to be used in the project, and to rectify issues relating to BIM Software.
Requirements
Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.
Have about 5 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of CAD and 3D models.
Have a comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies.
Have BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
Shall be expert in the BIM Authoring Tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks well and has good presentation/communication skills.
