We're looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies across projects. If you're passionate about digital transformation in the built environment and enjoy working with cross-disciplinary teams, this could be the right role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Drive the setup and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Coordinate BIM workflows and model integration across architectural, structural, and MEP teams
- Oversee BIM deliverables to meet both project and authority submission requirements
- Manage model quality control, clash detection, and issue resolution
- Conduct training and provide technical guidance to internal teams and stakeholders
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients on BIM-related matters
- Maintain and develop in-house Revit family libraries
- Support digital initiatives and evaluate emerging BIM technologies
- Mentor and guide the BIM team to improve overall performance
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline Specialist Diploma in BIM (SDBIM) is also acceptable
- At least 5 years of relevant BIM experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
- More than just years - we value depth of experience. Tell us about the projects where you made a real difference
- Strong command of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Practical experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Familiarity with Singapore BIM submission standards CoreNet X project involvement is a bonus
- Clear communicator with good coordination skills
- Knowledge of Dynamo or Revit API is a plus
- Understanding of ISO 19650 is preferred
