Oversees the BIM process in a design or construction organization.
Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data
Training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.
Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports.
Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.
Requirement
Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering field
Posses relevant certification recognized by BCA
Minimum 8 years of work experience in BIM.
Expert knowledge of BIM technology, software, and workflows.
Strong presentation, project management, team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD etc
