Oversee and manage the overall BIM process within the organization, ensuring effective implementation across all design and construction projects.
Establish, implement, and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of BIM data and models.
Provide training, guidance, and technical support to project team members on BIM technology, tools, and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues, conflicts, and clashes during project execution.
Develop, update, and maintain BIM documentation, models, and reports.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare, monitor, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for all projects.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of BIM processes, technology, and workflows.
Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in BIM-related software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (knowledge of other BIM tools is an advantage).
Experience in LTA / MRT or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
