About the Role
NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modeling processes for complex pharmaceutical facility projects. This role will be a 12-month renewable contract offer. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM standards, regulatory compliance, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, validated designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project and client requirements.
- Manage and coordinate 3D models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA, EMA, and other regulatory standards.
- Oversee model validation, clash detection, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
- Integrate BIM data with asset management systems for handover and facility operations.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of BIM management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and GMP compliance requirements.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with process equipment modeling and cleanroom design is a plus.
