One of Singapore's established MNC Japanese company, a leading Mechanical & Electrical Company specializing in design & installation of ACMV systems.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender drawings including layouts, schematic, and single-line diagrams
- Review consultant design drawings and technical specifications for compliance
- Provide technical support to the project team using industry-standard software
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on contract documents and specifications
- Coordinate MEP services using AutoCAD and Navisworks for clash detection
- Prepare accurate shop and installation drawings from coordinated BIM models
- Create and manage Revit models and families for project delivery
- Participate in CAD and BIM drawing coordination meetings
- Demonstrate BIM expertise from LOD 300 to LOD 500
- Ensure timely preparation of high-quality, compliant drawings
- Submit shop drawings for client review and incorporate feedback
- Develop working drawings to support on-site installation activities
- Prepare as-built drawings that reflect actual site conditions and obtain client approval
- Oversee the drafting department, including drawing record management and workflow control
- Compile operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals with detailed drawing records
- Maintain and update all project drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Supervise drafting team to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in BIM for M&E / ACMV projects
- Preferably experienced in handling LTA (Land Transport Authority) projects
- BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM is an added advantage

- Location : Central
- Working Days/Hours : 5 days/office hours
- Salary: Basic S$6000 with additional bonus and yearly incentives
- 1-year renewable contract / permanent (depending on interview performance)
