BIM Manager (ACMV - Construction Projects)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the BIM process for ACMV systems from design to construction stage.
- Lead a team of BIM modellers and coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines.
- Review and validate all ACMV BIM models and shop drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with BIM execution plans.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve issues using BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
- Maintain model versioning, BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Support project and site teams with technical inputs and updates on model progress.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in BIM (Mainly M&E) prior BIM team leadership experience preferred.
- Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM documentation standards.
- Familiar with construction methods and HVAC/ACMV system design.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to lead internal teams and liaise with external stakeholders.
