Company Profile

Julian Grey's client is a Main Contractor specializes in the residential, industrial, institutional and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall setup, rollout and execution of BIM processes across projects
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, execution plans and workflows to ensure consistency
• Manage the development, review and control of BIM models and related digital deliverables
• Supervise and guide the BIM team to ensure timely and high-quality project outputs
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to drive BIM adoption and ensure compliance with project requirements

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in BIM implementation, design and drafting
• Formal training in BIM modelling and BIM management practices
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk BIM tools, including Revit (MEP/Structural/Civil) and Navisworks, with solid hands-on experience
