Responsibilities
- Lead a team of BIM Coordinators & BIM Modelers
- Establish and implement BIM execution plan and be responsible for the development, implementation and management of BIM processes, standards and workflow.
- Manage and enforce quality control /quality assurance / BIM documentation for adherence to established standards / guides
- Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data to meet project deliverable requirements.
- Ensure on-time delivery of visuals and shop drawings by team members to support construction works
- Partner the project team to facilitate review using BIM models and relevant analysis
- Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
- Deployment of BIM Coordinator/Modeler to respective site including coordination/collaboration with various site Project Manager with regards to staff & project deliverables.
- Oversee the BIM Team development and progression
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of advance and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in ACMV projects/ construction industry
- With relevant experiences in coordination in multi-disciplinary design environment
- Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaboration technology
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills with positive energy and drive
- Must be trained and proficient in Autodesk Revit & Naviswork
