Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflows, and methodologies across projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to align BIM execution with project needs and requirements.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered according to scope and timeline.
- Manage design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, pre-consultations, and project meetings.
- Monitor drawing production and ensure submission schedules are met.
- Oversee BIM model coordination and exchange with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in BIM Management.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice, regulations, and construction industry specifications.
