Job Summary
Lead BIM implementation and management across projects, ensuring standards compliance, quality control, and timely delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital construction processes and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation across multiple projects to ensure consistent application of standards
- Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols to optimize project delivery
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and quality expectations
- Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards to mitigate risks
- Provide BIM training, guidance, and ongoing support to project teams to enhance BIM capabilities
- Oversee BIM execution plans and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital construction processes and drive innovation in project execution
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Knowledgeable in ISO 19650 standards and BIM execution planning
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional BIM teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
