BIM Manager, Healthcare

Our Architecture team is hiring a BIM Manager to be based at our Singapore Office. This role will provide leadership and mentorship to the architectural SG and APAC project teams, promoting best-practice Revit workflows, BIM processes, and consistent project delivery standards.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Act as the SG BIM/Revit lead, collaborating with APAC Digital Delivery Lead and other ANZ leads to maintain a consistent approach across the business while accommodating local project and office requirements. Contributing to best practices and workflow advancement.
• Lead the BIM delivery of projects, ensuring all BIM-related contractual, client, and project requirements are understood, implemented, and achieved via appropriate delivery strategies and workflows.
• Chair BIM coordination meetings, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and act as the primary point of contact for BIM and Revit-related matters across project teams, consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Monitor model quality, compliance, and BIM deliverables throughout the project, driving continuous improvement and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Occasionally contribute to project deliverables as required.
• Provide guidance to Jacobs disciplines to promote multidisciplinary project delivery.

To be a successful candidate, you must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture, with a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in Healthcare Projects is essential.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Bentley, Autodesk, and similar software. Knowledge of Bentley AECOsim/Open Buildings/Open Plant software will be an added advantage.
