Involve and lead in checking and coordination of drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works
Review project specifications, drawings and technical clarifications
Able to prepare and monitor progress of drawings and sample schedule with procurement schedule.
Manage submission and approvals of drawings and samples from Consultants.
Manage receipt and issuance of all drawings.
Liaise and coordinate with Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors on design issue.
Assist Project team on technical and coordination issues with Subcontractors.
Attend and chair design technical meetings with Consultants and Subcontractors.
Assist the Project contracts department in variation order claims related to design changes
Degree or Diploma in Architectural, Civil/Construction Engineering, BIM
