BIM Manager

Responsibility:

• Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders,
• Manage and develop BIM protocol, standards and content (library),
• Conduct in-house BIM training,
• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools,
• Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice,
• Provide internal BIM consultancy for projects within the firm,
• Creates & manages Project BIM Execution Plan, Projects SOPs and BIM Implementation Plan.
• Established and assist project teams in documentation process and workflows.
• Chair/ lead BIM coordination and clash detection meetings.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and quality assurance between BIM Models.

Requirements:

• At least 6 - 7 years experience working in lead position on BIM projects for BIM Manager position;
• Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission (Corenet X) process, requirements and guidelines;
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit, Navisworks and Dynamo;
• Degree in Architecture/Structure/Mechanical or its equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience,
• At least 3 years of experience working in lead position on BIM projects for BIM Manager position,
• Proficiency in parametric design tools is an advantage,
• Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines,
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit and Dynamo,
• Completed BCA Academy's BIM Modelling and BIM Management would be an added advantage.
