. Maintain BIM implementation plan, process and workflow to ensure BIM data meets project deliverables
. Assist project team in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing
. Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules
. Manage BIM Standards development, implementation, enforcement, modelling workflow and methodologies
. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced
. Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, project team, subcontractors and relevant statutory bodies
Job Requirements:
. Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
. At least 5 -7 years of working experience in Building & Construction in HDB (BTO) project
. Must possess relevant BIM or VDC (Diploma or Training Certification)
. Able to work with minimum supervision and able to manage tight deadline.
. Familiar with the latest versions of Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant software applications
. Experience in managing key projects, including the management of multi-disciplinary project teams
