In charge of BIM Team consisting of BIM Coordinators & Modellers.
Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during design, construction and handover of the projects.
Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice,
Prepare, execute and maintain BIM strategies and plans.
Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workflows and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects deliverables.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum a Degree in Engineering with at least 6 years and above of working experience in large scale projects in construction, design, drafting or coordination in services.
Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission (Corenet X) process, requirements and guidelines
With at least 6 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large scale projects, preferably civil engineering projects.
Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and ability to handle pressure.
