skills/requirements - Must have HDB project experience as a BIM Modeler / Coordinator,

Must be proficient with Autodesk solution suite - Revit, Navisworks and ACC,

Able to communicate effectively in English and have good presentation skills,

know how to manage a team.

will be handling a team of 3-4 BIM Coordinators in SG and liaising with BIM Modelling team of 10-12 modelers in India.

Work hours/ working days 44hrs per week divided in 5 or 5.5 working days depending on project requirements. Timing between 9am-7pm Mon-Fri. as sometimes have meeting till 7pm.

Timing depend on client, generally is 8-6 Mon- Thurs 8-5 Fri.

No hybrid arrangement. Must work from HQ (Ubi Techpark) and go to client site meetings

HQ based Sites are located at Tampines, Simei, Woodlands and Toa Payoh,

will be handling one of the projects so will be base on one area

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling initiatives and drive project excellence. This role offers a competitive salary range of $5,000 - $7,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3-4 BIM Coordinators based in Singapore
• Coordinate with our BIM Modeling team of 10-12 modelers in India
• Oversee BIM implementation across HDB projects
• Conduct client site meetings and presentations
• Ensure project delivery using Autodesk solution suite

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler/Coordinator on HDB projects (mandatory)
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively across multiple project sites

Work Arrangement

• Location: On-site at HQ (Ubi Techpark) with regular client site visits
• Project Sites: Tampines, Simei, Woodlands, and Toa Payoh areas
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week (5-5.5 days)
• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible timing between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM as required for client meetings
• Note: This is a fully on-site position with no hybrid/remote options

Benefits & Compensation

• Annual CNY bonus (subject to company and individual performance)
• Medical claim allowance: $25 per month
• Annual leave: 14 days, increasing by 1 day annually (maximum 18 days)
