As a BIM M&E Drafter, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and design the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system.
- Perform quantity take-offs for MEP services and prepare all necessary documentation.
- Conduct inspections and testing post-installation to ensure compliance and quality.
- Provide construction drawings, and support testing and commissioning activities during project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and address technical queries.
- Design duct sizing through manual calculations and duct sizing software tools.
- Size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers according to project requirements.
- Assist senior modelers in preparing Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and other submission-related deliverables.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM M&E or ACMV
- Experience in LTA projects is an advantage
