BIM M&E Drafter (ACMV / Coordination) #NKC

DWe are seeking BIM M&E Drafters with ACMV experience to support project design, coordination, and delivery of building services drawings. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure accurate drafting, coordination, and support for construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop M&E (ACMV) system drawings using BIM tools
• Perform quantity take-off for MEP services and prepare required documentation
• Support construction drawings, testing, and commissioning activities during project execution
• Conduct duct sizing and ventilation calculations using manual methods and software tools
• Design mechanical ventilation components such as fans, grilles, and diffusers
• Support coordination with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E disciplines to resolve interface issues
• Assist in CSD coordination and submission under guidance of senior BIM modelers
• Support inspections, testing, and project documentation as required
