Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead and manage mechanical and electrical projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee all M&E project activities
- Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor project schedule, budget, and progress
- Review technical drawings, submissions, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum [3-5] years of relevant experience in M&E projects
- Proven experience in project management and site coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Singapore codes and authority submissions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / BIM tools
- Project Management certification (advantage)
